How Matching Works
- You submit a free match request with your appliance, ZIP code, and contact information.
- We identify vendors in our network whose coverage and specialties fit your request.
- Qualified local pros may contact you to discuss the issue, provide estimates, and schedule service.
- You choose whether to hire a vendor. VAA does not perform the repair work.
Vendor Vetting Standards
Vendors apply to join our network and are subject to approval before receiving leads. We review business information such as licensing, insurance documentation, service areas, and public business profiles where available. Approval means a vendor meets our marketplace requirements at the time of review — it is not a guarantee of future performance on every job.
We encourage homeowners to verify licensing, insurance, and pricing directly with any vendor before authorizing work.
