These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Vegas Appliance Authority website and marketplace services ("Services"). By using the site or submitting a request, you agree to these Terms.
Marketplace Role
VAA connects homeowners with independent appliance repair vendors. VAA is not a repair contractor, does not employ the vendors, and is not responsible for the quality, timing, pricing, or outcome of repair work performed by vendors.
Homeowner Requests
When you submit a match request, you represent that your contact information is accurate and that you authorize VAA and participating vendors to contact you about your request by phone, text, or email. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply.
Matching is not a guarantee that a vendor will be available, accept your job, or complete service by a particular time.
Vendor Relationships
Vendors are independent businesses. Any service agreement, warranty, invoice, or dispute regarding repair work is between you and the vendor you hire.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the site, submit false requests, scrape content at scale, interfere with platform security, or use the Services for unlawful purposes.
Content & Error Code Guides
Repair guides, error-code explanations, and cost ranges are provided for general information only. They are not a substitute for in-person diagnosis by a qualified technician. Follow manufacturer safety instructions and shut off power or water when appropriate.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VAA is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for repair work performed by vendors. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid to VAA for the specific request giving rise to the claim, if any.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VAA from claims arising out of your misuse of the Services or your dealings with vendors, except where prohibited by law.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
